Do we need one? Anyone know how many other clubs in the division have one, including Luton and Cambridge?

I'm open minded. Just curious what the options are.

For me the best option would be for our goalkeepers to train with Hull for a few days a week (If Hull allow of course)

Or coach that could play as back up keeper if needed.

My concern is that McKeown is used to having a goalkeeping coach to train with. Will his performance drop off now that he doesn't have one?

It's clearly a specialist position for which most training - apart from general fitness work - doesn't particularly apply.

A coach who could cover would be ideal - but I think it's important that Macca has somebody he can talk to about
goalkeeping issues, because it's a distinct/different mindset for that position.

Perhaps Macca helping/coaching local league keepers would work too (if he fancied it)?

Yeah, he'll spend all his time smoking ciggies and playing on slot machines in the arcades now that Croudson has gone.

We should be trying to build as strong a relationship with them as possible. It's a bit annoying seeing them do so well but in reality it's potentially quite useful to us in terms of facilities, loan market etc

Would be nice to have a goalkeeping coach but I'd prefer a midfield coach
