Why take off the player most likely to win us the match out of the blue in stalemate like today?

We aren't the manager so our opinions don't count . It does make you wonder sometimes what match he's watching .

Exactly my comments when his number came up. Just before that he had taken a ball out of the air that came down with snow on it like a Prem player and is always likely to do something out of nothing.

Nathan often finishes games well as his skill and energy finds the gaps that appear towards the end of games at this level.

He always looks to get the ball down and play it but sadly looking at the other 21 on the pitch today he was in the minority.

Leaving Monkhouse on instead of Arnold was a disgraceful decision. So so so poor.

The "snap shot" of Straker did not exactly knock me out, apart from his long throw.

I don't normally join in on the new player threads, it's more of the same, player being written off before kicking a ball, a host of posters accusing other posters of  writing him off before kicking a ball etc....

but I'll stick my neck out and say I don't think Straker will be very good, and I don't think he will add anything to our promotion charge.

Note that I've let him a kick a ball before my writing off of him though

Straker has to have made one of the worst debuts I can remember. A particular highlight was when Town won a free kick in a fairly dangerous position and the chap rashly went and took it early, giving away possession. Truly an awful replacement for Makreth.

Arnold seemed to have strapping on his knee- possibly it was to do with that? If not, a very poor decision.
