Glad I went with my gut feeing. Struggled last season with these. Can't see me making the effort to get to Grimsby unless we start playing half decent, never mind winning. Some things to get the fans back before it's too late..

I know it sounds like a kneejerk reaction but were not doing well at all.  Ive seen a couple of players doing well I.e. paddy but they keep dizza in when hes been playing poorly its things like that which dont do them any favours.

Cook and Hearn up front would bring us 40 -50 goals,

BUT

What do we do ?

Play a striker who could not hit a barn door.

...and two midfielders up front, AT HOME! We've got Cook, Hannah and Hearn - 3 top strikers at this level, and they're not in the team! This is to say nothing of our very poor defence, our complete lack of strength and pace. This 4-3-3 tactic is pigheaded and it's killing us.

Thats right pete its decisions like that which dont do them any favours.   Just like when an unfit Neilson played.
