I'd have preferred Hannah & Jennings, but this does look like a good team, so let's hope they go out there and get the win.

Maybe Hurst will bring on Hannah for Lewis in the 2nd half,

IF we are 2 goals up. (thumbup)

Lewis misses sitter again! :-/
Posted by: pontoonlew, March 15, 2014, 3:09pm; Reply: 9
John Lewis could miss a sitter every game and not score in 100 appearances and Hurst would STILL pick him. If a manager has his favourites (like ours certainly does) then to hell whats actually best for the team.

we have scored more than one goal on just one occasion in the last eight games.

Yet before that we scored more than one in the previous five games if you exclude the abandoned game with Forest Green.

Talk about inconsistency !!

Ok, this is a joke right? Dom Jolie going to jump from behind a hot dog stall and tell us it's a huge organised practical joke, and these goals from first efforts on goals from poor teams don't really count?

What a joke, as Nuneaton show the way by scoring TWO GOALS!

Need something today, five of the next six games are away, and the home game is against Luton.

Blimey !!

Posted by: codcheeky, March 15, 2014, 4:41pm; Reply: 28
we should have had 9 points from these last 3 games, it`s no good being the better team if you don`t win
Posted by: RoboCod, March 15, 2014, 4:46pm; Reply: 29
We only sound remotely dangerous when Neilson gets it. Rodman always runs into dead ends, Cooks finishing is no better than Shops, Jennings will wonder what he's even doing here at some stage as Macc are better footballing outfit. Corners/freekicks all useless, this isn't a team heading for play-off success.

How frustrating are this lot? When Aswad gets it on an overlap or crossing opportunity it's more often than not an excellent cross. Get him doing it MORE! Again though a lack of strikers goals.

Does anyone know why Andy Cook has been discarded from the 16 tonight, having been the catalyst for beating Salisbury.

The Grimsby Telegraph just says he wasn't included in the 16 tonight.

Just seems very unfortunate, in the light of all of the other strikers consistently being incapable of finding 'the onion bag'
