The next thing we do is concede against the run of play with sloppy defending. It's absolutely incredible how often this happens.

Sounds as if Harrogate are putting themselves about a bit with the ref being lenient

Come on Town.  Harrogate sound a physical aggressive side, need to keep our cool and play our own game - hopefully we will put a chance away soon!

Plenty of good chances and situations but go in level. We really struggle sometimes to put teams away when on top.

Im here and the lino missed a blatant offside in the build up by being 20 yards behind play...

The officiating is generally poor once again. It's a pretty scrappy game but Town look like they could take it comfortably if they would click into gear.  They haven't yet really. We need to pass it better and shorter but it seems very hard to do that.

Time to give Bogle a rest from Penalties.  I know he's scored a few and just nodded a rebound, but he just looks like he's going to miss every time.  Slow run up, open body and a soft sidefoot every time.  Matter of time before he misses an important one in the league.  Maybe change it round a bit and give someone else a go.
Posted by: chaos33, October 24, 2015, 4:22pm; Reply: 43
Personally I'd swap Disley to protect him now and get Brown on.

About time someone else suffered a bit with dodgy officials

Should have done that already but the 70 min mark isn't up yet. Tondeur said it was a dodgy penalty decision. Won the ball he thinks.

I think Amond takes penalties, doesn't he? Seem to remember seeing a few from him on his 'goal reel' when he joined us. Seems logical that he should take them if Bogle is taken off the duty.

Amond wanted to take our first penalty of the season, but Bogle ended up taking it.  Amond took penalties at his previous clubs.
