Great to see Gregor back.  Arnold by all accounts could do with a rest so bringing Jennings in is ok by me.  Must be a strong bench again.

If Hurst feels the need to drop a winger it should have been Monkhouse. He's been awful since Welling away. Obviously one of Paul's favourites. Should have Henderson on the bench as cover in central mid. No need for two left backs (Horwood and Straker - neither of whom have had an amazing start to their time here) as subs.

I asked Radio Humberside on Twitter and they said they're having to share commentary with Radio Leeds.  Maybe that's what's buggering up Mariners World.  You can listen to the Radio Leeds commentary here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/35595259

Ok we are third but we should be up there tbf.  I just think a change in manager is needed not just because of today but its his stupid decisions thats costing the team.  I just think we need fresh ideas and someone who looks like he gives a shite rather than sitting in the stand.

I dont understand why he insists on Robertson he's  fuc (ed and ive never rated him but thats my opinion.  Same goes for monkey.  Amond hasnt scored since getting dropped against Havent in the FA trophy.

Must say the players need to take there responsibilty in this too..

Also anyone not entirely convinced that we are actually a better team than some and certainly the manager like to think and convince themselves.

Promtion teams just dont simply find themselves 3-0 down at a bottom side.

Desperate defending. Hurst takes ultimate responsibility but the players have to take some too. Nsiala's lunge for the third should cost him his place. Worst thing is we've been better than them for much of it but made appauling errors - you won't see much worse defending of a corner than for their 2nd.

One thing we've always had in the team, ever since our relegation out of the League, is these complete non-performances from the defence, where two or three generally good players put in pretty inept showings.

We've had either the best or one of the top few defences in each of the past few seasons, yet have continued to find ourselves losing too many games and points due to stupid goals conceded. We lost a load of points at the start of the season through stupid goals and it sounds like it's the same thing all over again. I don't mind us basing our play on a generally defensive style, but if you're doing this, you've got to make sure you don't gift the opposition soft goals as we continue to do each year. Very frustrating.

For all you travelling supporters I really do feel for you today, you have travelled in massive numbers  and have been served with a sh1te lack lustre performance.  Best supporters in this league 1767 Town fans , credit to you all.

PH deserves a proper grilling in the post match interview and needs to be honest and say it as it is.

I would love Tondeur to just smash Hurst on the nose but that's not realistic , but I do expect at the very least for him  to grow some balls and tell him he is excrement.

He's not there 😜

Nearly 4-0

What happens when you start a game at 2 mph. If you dont start the game in tbe right intensity and desire you aint going to win.   Sometimes i do wonder what goes on in the players heads.  Are they feeling rejected cos they know the title is out of reach.

All we need now is a player to tweet that they will get it right and know what their responsibilities are playing for Town.

Odd end to the game but won't paper over the cracks.  Not good enough by the sounds of it.

The only real upside from today has been our amazing fans.  Singing their hearts out despite the dross.  They really are a credit to the team.

There are at least 1700 people getting wet through who deserve apologies for the inept performance today - it should have been no surprise that Halifax would be up for a fight given their recent better run of results, so we do the normal thing and set off badly !

Even 2 late goals does not come close to repairing the first half damage !
Posted by: Meza, February 20, 2016, 4:53pm; Reply: 148
Well if we play like those have said we have we wont even keep a playoff place. Lol

Big response needed in next game.  I want 100mph football fr9m now on.

I don't understand football sometimes, Scott Brown can't get anywhere near our first team and were losing 4-2 at Halifax and he starts and scores the winning goal in league 2  :-/
Oh and Paddy scored today aswell what does Paul Hurst do to players when they come here?

Toto came across presumably to make the peace after the half time verbals but it was a silly idea because the fans that were left...not many...were in no mood for conciliation. Some very agitated fans finger pointing and yelling abuse. Toto reacted and had to be dragged away by Gowling Pittman and Clay.

I'm sorry barra but the paying fans have a right to voice their concerns, a professional footballer should never have gone over towards them like a marching soldier, now that is asking for trouble and trouble did it cause.

Exactly.
What is it with the modern fan who runs down a terrace to speak to a player??
For the player to actually go over in the first place is mind boggling.

I can't help but think it would have been more effective if they'd just turned their backs on the silly bu**er and gone home. I said at the time I thought Gowling or someone from the staff should've dragged him away down the tunnel BUT in the main adults yelling abuse at a pro. footballer and spoiling for a fight really????

Like I mentioned elsewhere, from where I was sat it wasn't just the fans that were spoiling for a fight, it took several players and stewards to drag Toto away.

Reminds me of the Scott incident, there was no need for him to go anywhere near the Town fans.
