Delighted to see Podge rested/protected. Bewildered and angered to see Hurst cutting his nose off to spite his face over Bogle. .

Maybe tempting fate but this does not look like a team that will score goals. Hope to be proven wrong by 5pm! ;D

Looks a strong line up, with Jennings cup tied and Monkhouse injured I'm glad we've gone with Straker rather than the hopeless Marshal.

It looks as if the game against Carlisle might resume soon and all is ok.

Seeing a players name has just reminded me of one of my worst jokes.

Who cuts the grass at Carlisle?

I don't know but Derek Asamoah.

*  Before it went off this was the worst commentary ever .  How many times has he said its being recycled.  A Grimsby player passed to another Grimsby player who lost to Clark who beat aGrimsby player but then cut out by another Grimsby player who passed back to the Grimsby goalkeeper.  Tell him we have effing names      Back on .

So we get back on line with...."Thanks for that Lloyd"?

What's being going on for the past 20-30 minutes when all we had was the "temporary fault" loop

I bet they pulled the plug on us at Queen's Gardens and it didn't even register with them commentary had dropped out :-/

I'll bite.

Why ?
Posted by: LH, March 12, 2016, 6:17pm; Reply: 89
Why? Being confident we'll finish a tie that we lead 1-0 already against a team three levels below us when we play the second leg at home? Is it arrogant to think that we might just finish it off next week?

If we score next week - and let's be honest we really should do - it's as good as won as we're highly unlikely to concede two. No disrespect to BRT but their best chance to sneak through was to win today and sit on that lead in the second leg.

Yes we should progress through to the final but it isn't all over yet is it

All it takes is us to have an off day and they score by a set piece or something, certainly not game over just yet

http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/21835096

The year Wrexham beat us at Wembley they received 250k with a 30000 gate. I should think the gate will be half that so around 125k although the prize money has gone down since then. At least after next Saturday we won't have to worry about the until after the real season has finished.
