So the players in the teams above us are more consistent than ours. But as can be seen from most of the teams, they have good and bad games and good and poor runs. The more consistent they play, the higher up the league the team ends up. Don’t think it’s rocket science
I think that’s the point I just made.
You made the point they are inconsistent because they are league two players. Personally I’d say ability plays a bigger factor in the level a footballer plays at than consistency. Perhaps we’re just looking at two sides of the same coin. |

Conteh for young player ? Would be telling if a player sold halfway through won a trophy.
By a mile the best young player to have featured for us this season. Think it makes a mockery of the thing putting the likes of Khouri in there when he’s managed 3 league sub appearances from the 88th, 88th and 89th minutes, and Conteh was our star player over 29 games.

The analogy doesn’t work. They need to be consistent for the standard (League Two) they are at. They are not.

| Its a far cry from the average working mans game anymore. It seems more like a rich mans play thing. There is no such thing as a level playing field anymore .We would be lucky to survive in div 1 now even if we could afford to get there in the first place. Makes you wonder if there is any point anymore |
