Wouldn't surprise me to see Niven having a part to play in the 2nd half, depending on the start that Town make.

Has Wood been thrown into exile?  I think he's the only fit player not in the squad today

The mistake at Hyde must have cost him his place from the 16 he'll be back we need brad.

Yer i think Thanoj has been great so far however i think he's better as a sub and trying to earn his spot, i'd of preffered to see Niven start and see how it pans out before bringing Thanoj on, because Braintree do offer a threat.

Started slow, Braintree dodgy at the back and last ten mins or so Town have come close a few times.  Town most likely to score at the moment.

Lincoln currently in 8th, if they win today i think its 12 unbeaten in all competitions for them, very good progress for them to be fair, but ... we are, we are top, we are top of the league!

Been a long long time since we topped a league, over twelve years I think.

Fantastic! ;D ;D ;D ;D

We have as good a chance as anyone of winning it this year. Newport have lost three of the last five I think, Luton have only picked up six points in the last six matches, Wrexham have stated dropping points.

We have a strong squad, with plenty of cover. Once Liam comes back we will have the best striker in the division to add to the current side.

No reason at all why we can't win this.   :)

Slow start again today but an efficient performance overall.

Slow finish as well once the subs had been brought on but the middle 60 mins played very well and looked bright, Braintree could have conceded 5/6 today.

Disley cracking performance, Cook looking confident.

Roll on Ebbsfleet.

He won't be back until at least late Jan, early Feb... He's only just started to do some stretching...  :-/

Still, whenever the lad is back it will be most welcome...

I'd be surprised if we saw him in the starting line up before the end of February. But if he can rediscover any sort of form and we're within touching distance at the top, he'll make the difference.
