1-1 is good at half time considering newport are now 2-0 down. Shooting towards the Pontoon 2nd half , no doubt they'll get a good talking to and the crowd will be behind them. I'll say 3-1 Town full time!

It's not made for comfortable listening!
The one thing I will say is that this Grimsby team seems to be a team that will punish opposition that fail to take their chances (after years of it being the other way round).

Don't know if its picked up poorly from the commentary but the crowd do sound quiet. The players need to give them something to shout about and get behind them.

I think with a big crowd like today ther going to respond how the team are playing. They sound loud when we are attacking but nervous and quiet when we lose the ball and keep giving it back to Lincoln.
Come on BP lift the team and they will respond!!

take that after what sounded an all round poor performance. We were probably due one, and its not as damaging a result as being tonked 5-0 at Home. Some good results behind us in the pack, and some new additions to come in.

Yes we would of took 7 points before the Wrexham home game and the two Lincoln games.
Defo an off day for the lads today and with Lincoln hurt from Boxing Day and having a point to prove. So all in all a good point it could so easily of been none and we are still top of the league.

Must say, while it's not nice having to settle for a draw at home to a team we beat 4-1 at their place last week, in the context of how we played and results elsewhere it could have been worse.
Not sure why the team didn't perform today. Let's just hope it's a one off. The best teams in each league have a bad game from time to time.
I'd be more worried if we just lost 5-0 at home!
