There's less points between 14th place Altrincham and us then there are between us and Barnet... and a load of teams a lot closer. Problem is, we haven't got the strikers to compensate for the slip ups. We just don't score enough, which is why i've thought for a long time we are play off bound again.

It sounded like we played well.  We've been unreal away from home this season, so not the end if the world to loose one.  The errors for the goals aren't a common thing for us so not overly worried at the minute. It was just not our day. On a positive note Arniold sounded class today and the teams below not really gained that much on us. Should make the play offs! On we go..

Town have the ideal striker already on the books. Big, strong, quick, tricky, sharp in the box, runs for ever. His name is Palmerjolleypittmanhannahshop.

Still the biggest problem isn't it? Create chances but don't kill off the opposition. What we have is a good collection of second strikers who would no doubt add a goal or two here and there ....... but still no reliable main striker.
