I guess the biggest question was would Henderson start, seems PH trusts him still. Glad to see Tutons injury wasn't anything serious, come on Town!

If Diz is to make it 600 today it will have to be from the bench.......if all goes well keep him off and allow him a sentimental 600th at home instead.

Having Tuton start and still Jackson to bring off the bench feels good. If Bogle and Tuton can play like they did against Notts County then after 60 odd minutes of that as a defender I wouldn't be very happy to see somebody as quick as Jackson come on. Still Gowling in there not sure about that but PH knows better than I do.

Tough game today. Would take a point now if offered.

Usually a signal issue - make sure aerials fully out and position radio high or in a position where it says connecting

It needs re-tuning - I think the frequencies have changed. An automatic scan will find it.

Radio Humberside digital signal has changed or something on the 1st September. Your radio just needs re-tuning and it will pick it up. Varies between radios but there should be an auto scan setting somewhere

Even so far but we've had more shots on goal, Vose causing problems

They seem quite vulnerable to how we play pushing on the wing and getting crosses in. They've had loads of issues with Vose.

Ive yet to hear Clem on bbc sport / final score talk about gtfc.  Luton / Town is a featured program on bbc sport

Half time played well, good going forward and defence played good.

Just need some consistency now they'll come out second half and want to take the game to us so we need to push forward and shut them down with another goal then keep possession and really frustrate them at home.  Luton have been surprisingly quiet after the first 10 minutes seemed to be struggling to deal with Grimsby going forward.

Think they struggling to cope with Grimsby on outlaws board ! Its a bit QUITE on there at the mo 😂

Just saying that myself. We know they'll come out looking for it. Let's take em on. We still aren't too clever at this sitting back malarkey.

I'm at the match. They've had a fair amount of possession but haven't made Macca work once. We look more dangerous going forward. If we get at them we can win this but we need to work hard because they move the ball around well and only some good defending by us has kept them out so far. Hylton is a real handful.

This new squad seems to be finding it's feet, I think we are surprising a few in league 2 now.

Like others have said keep at them and don't make the mistake of sitting on a 1 - 0 lead.

Get in! Nice one town

Good game everyone played really well by the sound of it and did what needed to be done. Bogle again showing that he's becoming the player he always had the potential to be and leading the front charge we just seem so dangerous going forward. Been critical of Gowling like many others didn't feel he's played well in games this season but today sounds like he had a really good game.

Houston, Grimsby have returned.

7 games in and we've not been rolled over by anyone.  A strong squad with competition everywhere (ok maybe not centre back), league's top scorer and unbeaten in last three league games.

500 odd officially.

Surprisingly less than lincoln took to tranmere.

Best result in years! Makes the frustration of last week at County easier to take, a point today would have been a real indicator of where we are but 3 pts is dizzying stuff. Nothing to fear this season.

We took 539 they took 540 however I know someone who sat with his in laws from Luton in the side stand so yet again the gimps can't beat us (lol)(whistling)

Town's best victory in many years - especially on the back not finishing off Notts County. Shows there are no teams to fear in this division. In fact, some teams may take notice of Town.

lets analyse the season so far and look at what it could and should have been.

Wycombe            should have had a point   +1
Colchester           deserved to lose
Leyton Orient      should've won   +3
Stevenage          great win
Notts County       should've won  +2
Luton Town        great win

So with 6 extra points should've and could've been top of this league with 16 points.

I know some will say it's no good saying should've and could've and also ifs and buts.
However it just shows what this team IS capable of and what we CAN achieve with some easier looking fixtures coming up.
With Bogle burning on full gas and a midfield looking lively I only expect us to push on from here!
Defense will learn fast and improve!
