Proudlock and Atkinson came in for Town.
Town started very slowly and could have been 2-0 down after 10 minutes but somehow surivived after numerous Bradford chances and corners.
After a mini-Town revival Town almost conceded when the Grimsby defence assumed a ball was running out of play, but a Darlington player intercepted it and crossed but the chance was missed.
Bradford went on to have the better of the first half, but Town had no serious chances on goal.
Early in the second half Sweeney gained a yard on his defender, and crossed to Croudson whose shot was charged down for a corner.
Five minutes later Wright made a great run, got to the byleline, and the ball was cleared from a corner. From the resulting corner Sweeney's shot was saved by Glennon.
After a mini spell by Town it was Bradford who once again had the bulk of the possession, and Town had to defend a lot of corners.
Boulding came on as a substitute and hurried a shot straight at Colgan when he should have done better.
The match ended 0-0. Town defended well but once again hardly created a meaningful chance.
