Just In: FT: Bath 1 Grimsby 2

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 07/02/2012 20:04

Town missed two early chances, but went behind when Silk made a defensive mistake and Chris Shepherd scored with a deflected goal.

Garner then saved well to deny Liam Hearn, but that was Town's best chance and the first half ended 1-0.

Town equalised when Elding got on the end of a cross.

Town cleared a shot off the line as Bath went close.

Rob Duffy came on for Hearn and almost immediately scored when Elding flicked on a Townsend cross and Duffy flicked it in.

Town had a chance to score midway through 5 minutes of injury time. Then McKeown had to make a great save with a minute remaining.  Match Thread
