Jamie Devitt gave Town an early lead direct from a free kick. Grimsby were the dominant side for the remainder of the first half without coming very close to adding a second.
Luton came into the game more in the second half but Andy Cook came closest to scoring when his shot struck the Luton crossbar.
Shortly afterwards sub Brodie won a free kick on the edge of the box and Andy Cook blasted the ball in directly to put Town 2-0 up.
Marshall added a third within a couple of minutes slotting in from close range.
Town played out the last few minutes comfortably and will played Halifax or Dartford in the final.
Grimsby have beaten Luton 7-1 on aggregate this season at Blundell Park, a repeat of the famous score from the Bonetti season.
