Just In: FT: Stockport 1 Grimsby 2

Disley started for Town who began the game brightly.

Hannah missed a golden headed opportunity for a corner on 16 mins.

Stockport has a Cullen goal disallowed for offside. Then McKeown made a great save to deny Cullen. Stockport later hit the post.

The half ended 0-0. Both sides had their spells but the home side created by far the better chances.

At the start of the second half Hannah scored his first goal of the year with a fantastio strike.

Not long after Sam Hatton blasted in a 25 yard free kick to put Town 2-0 up.

The two goal lead saw the weight of the world lifted off Town and Cook should have made it 3-0 from a poor backpass.

In injury time Macclesfield's Halls was sent off after an incident in the goal mouth.

Grimsby held one through 8 minutes of injury time!
