SALISBURY became the fourth side to defeat the Mariners this season, following in the footsteps of Welling, Nuneaton and Halifax. After a low key first half when chances were at a minimum Salisbury took the initiative in the second half and Fitchett was received the ball in space on the edge of the box and and his spot past Mckeown.

The much-changed side made three substiutuions and improved once they had fallen behand. Cookhad two great chances: one hit the crossbar and another forced a good save from Puddy.

Town only started playing once they fella goal behind and didn't create enough, although they probably deserved a point.  Live Scores
