It was confirmed today that Danny Butterfield will be out of action for at least three weeks. The right-sided utility man collapsed in agony during the second half of Sunday's victory against West Bromwich Albion.

Initial examinations have shown that Butterfield is suffering from torn ankle ligaments. The 20-year-old will now see a specialist in order that the exact length of his absence may be determined, although it is feared it may be as long as six weeks.
