Without wanting to take ALL the credit for that result I did have a large bet on Newport winning today. I'm financially ruined but its offset by the thought of the dropping vital points.

Judging by the people behind me Niven is not good enough for this level and Oswin Thomas had a bad game. They also were not too happy with Colbrook. Yes they are regulars and they also thought we were playing Ebsfleet for the first 30 minutes.

I thought Telford turned up for the draw but were certainly a very poor team offering very little. Their number 9 on the left looked their biggest threat and they took him off.
