I doubt that. Look at the photo here - the smoke trail suggests it came from the stand full of Town supporters:

Neilson to come on, Mackreth hasn't been great according to radio. Hurst I'm pretty sure won't change it this early though. Town wasteful in front of goal and a long range punt from the opposition rings all too familiar thus far.
