Swann has blown 11 million on the club and its now worthless. The only way of recovering anything of that loss is to sell the ground, making the club homeless. They would end up ground sharing, maybe with Doncaster or Brigg, which would reduce attendances to next to nothing. Pretty bleak. At least Town still own Blundell Park. So Fenty left us with something. Mind you, I doubt it's worth much.  Less than a million I guess.
