Such a short turnaround, isn't it?  At least it means we don't have long to wait.  Shouldn't be long before we get some contracts signed.

gonna be a real test for our players no doubt, the lack of a proper rest

i never go to the clee town game but looked at the tickets this year, i see they have fee's of 3 pounds also

I don't think we will have many pre-season friendlies this year, but saying that, the players are only having about half the time off that they would normally so their fitness levels should still be pretty good.

I suppose there are two possibilities really, either they don't get enough rest and that causes issues or the shorter break means returning players haven't fallen as far back in terms of base fitness, match fitness etc. Not really sure which is true... I'm sure we will find out soon enough.

Let’s not forget that we should have a good 7 or 8 players with us by the start of the season who weren’t with us for that play-off epic, most of whom will have finished in early May.

Could be that we hit the ground running but need to enlarge the squad in january so we can rotate more

Hurst will figure it out he always seems to think about this sort of stuff

With fees works out at £13.37 for an adult ticket!!! Seems a bit steep for a PSF to me.
