He's on the bench. I'm assuming 433 but we'll have to wait and see

GT thinks 4-3-3 but more likely the old 4-4-2 with Nolan wide right or left for me. Not exactly showing attacking intent in a "must win" game when you have at least one genuine winger on the bench, but we shall see.

As good a 45 as I've seen for a while UTM

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Sounds very positive, I just hope we don't sit on our laurels like we often do with a 1-0 lead and invite Wrexham back in. Lets go for the jugular!

Good half. Early goal keeps Wrexham honest, they have had to open up a bit and give us room to play. Be interesting to see if their manager changes formation 2nd half and what we do if he does.

If the result stays the same - and if Heineken dd football results it would - FGR and Cheltenham will have that little shred of doubt growing. Good win at Macc on Monday if we get the three points today will really see us on a roll, and promotion va the front door will still be very much an option.

Hope I haven't put the mockers on the Town by saying that!

Just over four and a half thousand I think with a few hundred from Wrexham.

Excellent first half in tough conditions but we weren't too clever in the second half. They changed their formation and played a bit better but we didn't do as much going forward. That said, we weren't troubled too much by them until the end when it looked like we got away with a handball.  We should have been comfortably ahead by then though.

Quite enjoyed the game today which is a surprise in such windy conditions.

Absolutely brilliant result that was.
I was not at the match because I am at work in Mexico but I expected a draw at best against the form team. Forest Green and Cheltenham are getting nervous and dropping points.
Even pessimistic little me is beginning to think the dream is still alive and we can get to top spot now! It's a big challenge and I know the players will do their very best to make it happen.
I have already bought four tickets for the play off final at Wembley but would be just as happy to see different teams there as long as we are Champions!
