If I had a cat I'd kick it.
After naming it Fenty obviously.
I am hoping that whoever gave me the red cross for that post is doing so as an animal lover, not as a Fenty apologist.

I never really expected a result today, on paper we are outclassed. The one thing I was hoping for was some sort of performance. Instead we got that gutless, pathetic, shambolic first half. I could of coped with a loss against a good side if we played well but Slades legacy carrys on. I feel for MJ he has inherritted a pathetic squad of "footballers".

| I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas
The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara
I once said Gazza's IQ was less than his shirt number and he asked me: What's an IQ? - George Best |

At least i made £50 today... First time i've ever bet against town but i'm that depressed i don't care. All we can hope for is Barnet and Chesterfield keep losing and WE MUST win against them. At least we are at home..... If that counts for anything.

Well no one seriously expected anything out of that today did they?
This is also what I'm failing to understand. Do people just have a hard time accepting the reality they see before them? Of course I hoped our new manager could somehow perform miracles with the sub-par and injury laden squad that we have but it was clearly never going to happen. I had ZERO expectation of a result today. I'm not saying that because I want our club to lose. And I desperately DO NOT want us to go down. But surely, you have to set your expectations accordingly. Having self belief is one thing - being completely delusional is another.

How can you blame M.J. for this debacle he has inherited one of the worse squads in this league. Add the fact he has to hit the ground running and has a handful of games to prevent relegation the odds are massively stacked against him.
The blame lays squarely in the boardroom with their LACK of ANY PROACTIVE REACTION TO OUR DEEPENING PLIGHT UNTIL AFTER JANUARY.
Out of all the constants they alone have been there, instrumental in our decline.
Correct . BUT no one forces you to pick berrett matt clarke davies and woolford when you have mcallister dembele mills Jayisemi and wilks on the sidelines..

I am completely delusional when it come to Town, but even I have to face the stark reality that Fenty and Slade have all but destroyed the club with their shocking incompetence. Frankly I don't think anything is going to change for the better until Fenty walks away.

Bit harsh to include Davies in that list.

Why ? Just because he runs a bit more than the others ?

Indeed. It's delusional self-belief that has brought us to this position. John Fenty's delusional self-belief that he knows how to run a football club. The resources at the disposal of this club and we're scrapping at the bottom end of the football league again.
