Mike Dean hasn't been too bad, I thoght Hess's booking was a bit soft as he clearly got the ball and not the player who throgh himself to the ground. Midfield needs restructuring or given new instruction as they're a bit all over at the moment. We clearly need to get the ball the Embleton more and get Thomas and Cardwell into the game more.
