Tony's Verdict:Â Mr Reliable, formerly the beating heart of the team and Buckley's presence on the pitch. Has always been relied on to score 10 a season from midfield, but his ageing legs are a-creaking now. No longer looks capable of competing in midfield but performed excellently at centre back in 99/2000. Followed Buckley to West Brom and came back with him. Doesn't live in the same house as Alan Buckley, which surprises many. | ||||||||||||||||||||
