Matthew Bloomer1997/98-2000/013 (11)0 goals

Matthew Bloomer Recently released by Lennie Lawrence (and has now been snapped up by Hull) despite only playing a handful of games he was very highly rated by everyone around the club, and many believe that Town will regret letting him go.

"Blooms" could play anywhere across the defence and after several solid performances in the 2000-2001 season he was virtually singled out by Lennie Lawrence for apparently "tying his shoelaces" when Fulham scored at Craven Cottage that year to beat us 2-1. After that, Bloomer never played for Town again.

Next Player: Vance Warner
