Scottish midfielder who used to play for Glasgow Rangers. Murray was loaned from German Bundesliga 2 side Mainz 05. Neil made few appearances in his 3 months at Blundell Park and was never involved enough to be noticed.
Murray was one of the few players loaned from foreign sides by Lennie Lawrence in 2000/2001 season. The others were David Nielsen, Knut Anders Fostervold, Menno Willems and Zhang Enhua.
