IT'S easy to forget some of the faces you see in the famous black and white shirt from time to time. You could be walking around Town, in a pub somewhere and then you see a familiar face that you can't quite put a name too.
In recent years, chopping and changing the playing staff of our football club has become common. The shear quantity of short-term players the club has had seems to be astronomical, so where on earth are your Mark Lever's and Tony Gallimore's, and where your Terry Barwick's, David Soames's and your Andrew Pettinger's have been and are nowadays, then keep reading.
It's easy to spot the players who come and go from Grimsby in the professional game, but what about the guys who didn't make the grade, or the players who just were merely passing through? I've spent months upon months trying to keep tabs on as many of our former players as I can, and well for you anorak supporters out there, you may find some of this interesting
