We've Got a Bignot

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 23/07/2013

DEFENDER Paul Bignot has signed a one year deal with Grimsby Town, in doing so becoming the fifth summer signing. The right back, who can also play centrally, has been on the books at Blackpool, but last played competitively for Newport.

The 27-year-old midlander has also played for Crewe and Kidderminster. Bignot played in the 3-0 defeat at Scunthorpe at the weekend, and is expected to play against Bradford tonight at Blundell Park.
