Mansfield Game Called Off

MANSFIELD v Grimsby has been called off due to international call-ups. The Stags have three players who are taking part in international fixtures. On loan defender Ryan Sweeney (Ireland U21s), Krystian Pearce (Barbados) and striker Omari Sterling-James (St. Kitts & Nevis) would all have been missing.
Town winger Elliot Embleton would also have been unavailable as he is on England duty.
It means Town will miss a weekend, which is unfortunate after two straight wins. It does mean that Michael Jolley may be able to play a slightly stronger side in the Checkatrade game at Doncaster in midweek than he might have otherwise done.
