Rotherham Preview

DESPITE proving that they can get both goals and points, it's a case of 1 step forwards - 2 steps back for the Mariners at the minute. Is 3 points against Ronnie Moore's Rotherham team too much to ask?

Town go into tomorrow's game knowing that only a win will do. First objective is to catch Sheffield Wednesday and then get out of the bottom three. The proposed extension of Steven Kabba's loan spell could boost confidence in the team as could the statement of George Santos regarding his situation.
So far Rotherham have been the suprise package of the season. Ever since their impressive 6-0 opening day at Millwall so-called experts have been tipping them to fade away. Two months on and the Millers are still sitting high in the table.
However the South Yorkshire folk could be facing losing their biggest asset of all - Ronnie Moore.
Last weekend Moore declared that he wanted to manage Ipswich Town following their 'approach' for him. The approach turned out to be a hoax leaving Moore with egg on his face. Ipswich could still swoop for Moore who is fast earning himself a reputation as one of the league's best managers.
