PH can naive sometimes Tounkara played really well yet got drop why the hell has he signed him on loan.  

Drops Cookie after great performance against Huddersfield
drops Tounkara after an assist and goal
Continously subs Neilson after 65 mins
never drops Disley

I cant be arsed to list others but PH needs to stop messing with players confidence dropping then after they played well.  Oh well.
