Kerr is a useful player but he is getting too old now and that's when the fouls creep in to your game. You can't keep pace with the game.

Directly it's obviously Kerr's fault for being a reckless idiot. Indirectly it's Hurst's fault since Kerr was lucky to still be on the pitch, had been fouling people far too often after being booked and our astute manager didn't think to substitute him to prevent what many of us could see happening.

Of course he can. He has made several rash challenges after getting booked early. Plenty of managers would ahve taken him off as a precautionary measure. Happens all the time.

Thanoj should have been on regardless, because we were creating intercourse all.
