First time Town have ever scored 6 or more goals in consecutive games in their history. Seriously think we go for 3 in a row now?

No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred of the Tory party. So far as I'm concerned they're lower than vermin. Aneurin Bevan.

Yeah, Histon and Mansfield wasn't it?

But I'm pretty sure 7-0 is the biggest win in my lifetime (I'm 33) which is awesome!

Another great TEAM performance.  That is the critical for further success this season.  Others players to challenge for a first team place.

I remember us beating Darlington either 7-2 or 9-2 under George Kerr and then winning 6-3 against someone else shortly after but can't remember if that was successive games?

Mike Lester scored 4 in the 7-2 against Darlington and I missed the 1st one due to crowd congestion.

Currently, we're only 8th, so we need to concentrate a bit more to gain ground on Halifax

We have totally transformed, who would've thought for one minute we'd be scoring at the rate we are? Bare in mind before that we had hit 25 goals in 23 games, now we have over half of that in just 2 games.

Absolutely delighted.

Cracking result, don't miss many home games but couldn't make it today! Bit gutted but maybe I should stay away more often with scorelines like today

I'll hold my hands up and admit I was losing faith after the Dover game and thought his time may soon be up but thankfully he's made me eat my words this weekend. Couple of great results, it's time to build on this now though!

1978/1979 season, beat Darlo 7-2 and Bradford 5-1 in successive games - happy days them!
