I'll take tonight with a pinch of salt. At 14:45 on Saturday when that starting 11 comes out we'll truely see if Paul really has learnt his lesson. He got off the hook tonight, credit to the front players today for getting the game by the scruff of the neck and I'm delighted for Bogle.
Absolutely no credit for you though Paul, tonight has only gone to show what a limited manager you really are. I dread to think what a manager who would've encouraged the second half performance would've done for us, I fear this only proves that we've a good side who are held back by a shite manager.
He won't go with such an attacking line up from the start next game as its not in his nature and he will be having kittens about conceding 8 in 3. Expect he will tighten things up again for the next game and back to the cautious approach. He's made more half time subs in the last few games than he has in 5 years. He will be hating it.

It's Eastleigh on Saturday isn't it? The likes of Constable and co. will have a field day if he doesn't!!

Been out tonight and just catching up on things. Only read the last couple of pages of this thread. Seeing posts saying Hurst got lucky with enforced substitutions? We're Hoban/Monkhouse injured?

Dunno if they were injured but they had to go off for their lack of contribution. Worst I've seen Monky play.

This. Cuts to the chase. Stoked for Bogle and happy Stewart finally got a look in; resultant performance unlikely a coincidence. Roll on Saturday. UTM

Hurst should go tonight anyway. We have the players to win the playoffs if freed of the shackles that Paul imposes on them. I would have full confidence if he went. With him in charge I have little but he is a bloody bloody lucky manager to my mind.
I was there tonight. Clearly less panic-inducing to be there in reality than to listening on the radio judging from this hysterical thread. Everyone wants a "lucky manager". You should be pleased! Especially one who had the wit, foresight and contacts to identify, recruit and select those self-same players that you've just bigged-up Badger.

Yes mate ecstatic.
Being top scorer in the league below last season probably means he wasnt that hard to identify in the first place...
Is that 15 goals for bogle this season so far ? Not bad for a lad who finds himself in and out the team every five minutes when players like monkhouse just have to turn up to get a game ?

Just had a great laugh reading this thread, I wish some of you would actually go to a match, it would be hilarious listening to you. It was much better than any comedy sketch by the two Ronnies.
