GRIMSBY TOWN midfielder Wayne Burnett is suffering from a knee injury which may cause the influential Londonder to miss both fixtures over the Easter period.
The Mariners face Watford at home on Saturday and then have to travel to the West Midlands to take on old adversaries West Brom on Easter Monday.
If the central midfielder's, who is still on a month to month contract, injury shows no improvement during the course of the next week, then the former Bolton and Huddersfield Town playmaker may have to visit a specialist.
Burnett suffered from a knock on his leg early in the game on the 20th March when Town drew 1-1 at home to Birmingham City, and the Wembley hero hasn't seen any real improvement since then.
The Lambeth-born 29 year old commented: "It's a bit of a problem really and I'm nowhere near training yet, so maybe we'll have to get the doctor's advice. It's still very painful right now."
