It was good to see that at last Lennie can see that we really need a big front man.All season watching from the stand you can see what and how the visiting sides use the target man. I know when AB was in charge his style of football worked, however other teams reached our standard and overtook us - this was followed by our relegation. The favoured system now is a large mobile force that attack and defend in numbers, something we don't have and don't do.

The best way of stopping Grimsby Town's decline in the 1st division is to get rid of Lennie Lawrence because in most of Towns game's this season his tactics have been poor for a man of his experience. We have never been able to play against a 3-5-2 system (that's with wing backs) and all the teams we have played have beaten us well using this system. Norwich played 3-5-2 in the 1st half against us but because they scored then they swapped it to a 4-4-2 in the 2nd half which to me is taking the mickey as we were the home side that night.

What do I think of that bloke who wears a tracksuit and calls himself coach? Get rid of him, come to think of it, is he still here? Why are we being patient, do you really think he's going to turn it around? Course not!! With LL at the helm Town are on course for the Second division and if they don't change now then it will be a case of "Told you so!"

A number of foreign managers, with proven credentials in leagues such as France and Holland would, in my opinion, jump at the opportunity to make their mark on our shores. The slide down the table tells everyone that something is wrong...The players aren't reacting, some aren't good enough and I think that is blatantly obvious. Fresh blood is needed..I simply can't understand those who are backing the boss...He's lost the plot, it's a case of the club or him...I know which one I back, do you?
