Is football a business or a sport?

JOHN Oster is reported by one news agency today to have signed an extension to his current loan. This report has not yet been confirmed by the club. Groves said previously that he would be seeking to keep him.

There has been no further news on the bid to bring Michael Boulding back to Blundell Park but there will probably be an announcement when something eventuates. One can assume that talks are going on but only if Boulding is adjudged to be match fit.

In other news, Paul Raven is reported to be sick with tonsillitis after recovering from a bout of flu and Paul Groves is back in training after he received an injury in a collision with Livvo on Saturday.
