THE Mariners have lined up a pre-season friendly at Blundell Park with top European opposition in the form of Dutch outfit Willem II, who have just finished in 7th place in the Dutch League.
The Tilburg side will be the last in a trio of home friendlies during July, following clashes with Rotherham (Tue 20th) and Scunthorpe (Sat 24th). The Willem II friendly takes place on Monday July 26th at 7:30pm.
The match replaces a friendly arranged on the same date with Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia, which was cancelled after Sofia pulled out of the fixture.
The club's song can be heard Here!.
