Reserves Lose to Darlo

TOWN reserves lost 2-1 at home to Darlington this afternoon, but Italian-born striker Giovanni Carchedi scored the Mariners' goal in his first match back after a serious knee injury.
Town: Paul Fraser, Clint Marcelle, Ronnie Bull, Liam Powell, Greg Young, Liam Parker, Stephen Capper, Alan Lamb, Michael Smith, Downie, Nick Heggarty.
Subs: Chuck, Giovanni Carchedi, Bunce, Hikey, Call.
In other news today on-loan Hatters striker John Daly has been recalled by Stockport following the transfer of Luke Beckett from County to Hull City.
Daly is suspended for the next three games in any case. Town decided not to appeal against his sending off due to Stockport recalling Daly.
