Stan Charged by FA

ASHLEY Sestanovich has been charged with misconduct by the FA following his dismissal against Northampton last week. The on-loan Blade was shown the red card after he had been on the pitch less than five minutes during Town's 2-1 defeat at home to the Cobblers.

But for the intervention of Town striker Michael Reddy, Sestanovich's offence would have been worse. He is now set to receive a hefty fine and an additional ban to the automatic two match suspension the 23-year-old has already received. Sestanovich, who is on a season-long loan from Bramall lane, could now have played his last game for the Mariners, according to press reports at the weekend.

Town left back Ronnie Bull was also sent off on Saturday for an off-the-ball incident during the 2-1 victory at Leyton Orient. The former Lion looks set to receive a three match ban for his sending off.
