It's Black and White

GOOD news today from Blundell Park with the club saying that Town will wear the Black and White stripes at Cardiff against Cheltenham

Mariners Net reports that with the Robins traditionally playing in red and white stripes, it would have come down to the two clubs negotiating for the right to wear their respective home kits.

Fortunately, Cheltenham are to set to play in a brand new kit for the final and there will be no issues regarding a clash of colours at the Millennium Stadium.

The Mariners are set to launch a brand new kit for the 2006/ 2007 Season but it won't be ready in time for the trip to Cardiff. Town will play in their current shirts, shorts and socks in the final but they will carry a special Cardiff 2006 embroidered badge.
