TOWN drew at Northampton today in a very good but tight game. It was pleasing to hear Burnsie, Tondeur and David Smith back on the air. It was pleasing also to hear that Town were playing good football.
"They look like footballers" was one of the comments. The young players in the team did well and a satisfying result even though Town should have been one up at half time.
A good performance by all accounts which would have pleased Buckley or, at least, half pleased him.
