Contact Austin Mitchell

ALL Grimsby Town fans should email the MP for Great Grimsby, Mr Austin Mitchell at mitchellav@parliament.uk to challenge him over his failure publicly to support the new stadium for Grimsby Towen Football Club and urge him to give strong public backing to the new stadium even at this late stage.

Just before the last general election Mr Mitchell regarded it as sufficently important to his re-election to sponsor Town's final home game of the season.

Support for the new stadium may well produce even more support for him in the future but a failure to support the move away from Blundell Park will certainly lead many people in Grimsby to question his loyalties.

In contrast Cleethorpes MP Shona McIsaac has set up a area on her personal web site for constituents to give their views on the proposed new stadium.
