No Bus Dispute - GTFC

IN regard to the Rant article on the Fishy yesterday regarding the free buses and the Grimsby Town Supporters club and Grimsby Town Handicapped Supporters Club a response has been received from the club.

A spokesman at the club said; "There was no row. We were offering free buses for the fans to help them attend away games and get behind the team."

"It was brought to our attention that this might affect the GTSC and the GTHSC and in fact, both groups approached the club for financial support for their buses.

"We looked at their request and after considering their situation the club decided to assist them and the matter was resolved quite quickly. In fact before the article on the Fishcake appeared." "
