GRIMSBY head to Darlington knowing that only a win will do, and even that might not be enough if other results do not go their way. If Barnet and Lincoln both win, and Cheltenham get a draw Town will be relegated regardless of their own result.

On-loan Charlton midfielder Dean Sinclair (hamstring) is definitely out, and is extremely doubtful for the rest of the season. Peter Sweeney is likely to take Sinclair's place at the Reynolds Arena.

Darlington, who are already relegated, rate striker Tadgh Purcell (ankle), Josh Gray (ankle), Mor Diop (ankle), Paul Arnison (hamstring), Curtis Main (ankle) and Ian Miller (hernia) as all doubtful.

Gareth Waite is definitely out after undergoing surgery this week.

Darlington are one of Grimsby's ultimate bogey sides. Town have not beaten Darlington for 16 games in a run stretching back to the 1970's. The Mariners have never got a point at the Reynolds Arena, even managing to throw a 2-0 lead away two seasons ago, when they lost 3-2.
