Midfielder Signs

MIDFIELDER Scott Kerr has signed for Grimsby in a a one-year deal from York City. The former Imp was released by the League Two side at the end of last season and has become Grimsby's second summer signing.
The experienced midfielder has spent the bulk of his career in the Football League and was best known during his time at Lincoln, from whom he joined York in 2011. He was part of the York side which won the FA Trophy and promotion to the Football League in 2012. Leeds-born Kerr has also played or Bradford and Hull in his early days.
