Winger Joins On Loan

By: Rob Sedgwick

CAMBRIDGE winger Nathan Arnold has joined Grimsby on a season long loan from the League Two club. Arnold has played for Hyde, Mansfield and Alfreton as well as Cambridge, so is a familiar face to regular Grimsby watchers.

Five years ago Arnold, now 26, had an unsuccessful trial spell at Blundell Park, and went on to join Hyde. The 5'7" winger has also operated as a striker in the past, but is predominately a wide player.

Town still hope to make another couple of signings before the season starts.
