Town Make New Signings

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 01/01/2017

THREE players have signed for the Mariners, two in extended deals and one new signing. Striker Adi Yussuf has joined Town on a free transfer in an 18-month deal from fellow League Two side Mansfield. The 24-year-old spent the first half of the season at Crawley where he scored three goals in 23 appearances.

Yussuf officially joins today and becomes Bignot's first signing for the Mariners.

The other two signings are 36-year-old defender Danny Collins who has extended his contract until the end of the season, and 19-year-old Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson whose loan has been extended until the end of January following his two games between the sticks for Town which have both resulted in clean sheets.
